Assist me, all of you!” and the chorus comes in on page 19, m 179: “Why, who is this whose evil eyes…” The section continues to the bottom page 19. Then Nanki-Poo and Katisha exchange lines. We’ll cut most of Katisha’s solo and go to m 227, “…rash, oh, base!” The section continues to the bottom of page 20, the system beginning m265. Most of these choral passages are in unison. That means you’ll sound all the more stupid if you mess them up. Get the last section right; you’re singing under Katisha, and it is wonderful music. As usual, the Altogether piece is at concert tempo and the others are slower.
