A really upbeat (half note = 80) number from Charles Tessier (1550-?) about a girl who must go to the happy woods to marry a graybeard, because her parents say she must. She says he should beware her wiles; he will find himself in Cornwall before he knows it. SATB, a cappella. It begins with the chorus, and the first verse begins in the middle of measure five. The same thing happens at the end of page 127, and at the end of the first system of page 129. Your conductor may wish to pause after the chorus each time, before going on, but the Lala Singers do not.
